When It Is Your Time To Leave This Cursed World Jesus Christ Will Come In Person And Take You To Where He Is!
Matthew 7:13-14 (NIV)
Enter through the narrow gate. For wide is the gate and broad is the road that leads to destruction, and many enter through it. But small is the gate and narrow the road that leads to life, and only a few find it.
When God brought on the Flood there were likely millions of people on this earth, but only eight were saved. Today there are billions of people living on this earth, and most of them do not believe that Jesus Christ is God’s selected Savior. Thus, when the Rapture occurs, it makes me wonder how many people will be taken from this earth, who will fly up to meet Jesus Christ in the clouds? Will you be flying on that day, or looking up and wondering why you were left behind?
Will people who follow their chosen worldly religion be flying up or being left behind? Jesus already answered such a question when, “Jesus answered, "I am the way and the truth and the life. No-one comes to the Father except through me.” (John 14:6). Only people who believe Jesus Christ is the Savior of this cursed world will fly up to meet Jesus in the sky, all other people will be left behind! Therefore, whether you are an atheist or you chose to follow the religion some member of mankind created, when Jesus comes to Rapture people, only those who truly profess to be Christians will fly up to meet Jesus Christ in the sky!
So, what about everyday life in this cursed world, when people die, what immediately happens to their immortal soul? To answer this Jesus told His disciples more details about what would happen to their immortal souls when they die on this cursed world. "Do not let your hearts be troubled. Trust in God; trust also in me. In my Father’s house are many rooms; if it were not so, I would have told you. I am going there to prepare a place for you. And if I go and prepare a place for you, I will come back and take you to be with me that you also may be where I am. You know the way to the place where I am going." Thomas said to him, "Lord, we don’t know where you are going, so how can we know the way?" Jesus answered, "I am the way and the truth and the life. No-one comes to the Father except through me. (John 14:1-6).
Therefore, if you choose to follow Jesus Christ your soul will be taken immediately, by Jesus, to be with Him where He is forever. Anyone who does not claim salvation by following Jesus Christ will go to a place called hell. Note; if you die before the Rapture, you will be flying with Jesus Christ back to this cursed world to observe the claiming of the believer’s immortal souls, which are being Raptured off this earth on that Day. Either way that is a wonderful thought to dwell on as we go through this life day-by-day!
Jesus had told His disciples about how He had to die to atone for the sins of mankind, but they did not understand what He was trying to tell them. And some likely did not believe that His death was the necessary sacrifice required for our forgiveness. Following is recorded such a conversation. Some of his disciples said to one another, "What does he mean by saying, ‘In a little while you will see me no more, and then after a little while you will see me,’ and ‘Because I am going to the Father’?" They kept asking, "What does he mean by ‘a little while’? We don’t understand what he is saying." Jesus saw that they wanted to ask him about this, so he said to them, "Are you asking one another what I meant when I said, ‘In a little while you will see me no more, and then after a little while you will see me’? I tell you the truth, you will weep and mourn while the world rejoices. You will grieve, but your grief will turn to joy. A woman giving birth to a child has pain because her time has come; but when her baby is born she forgets the anguish because of her joy that a child is born into the world. So with you: Now is your time of grief, but I will see you again and you will rejoice, and no-one will take away your joy. In that day you will no longer ask me anything. I tell you the truth, my Father will give you whatever you ask in my name. (John 16:18-23).
Then Jesus’ disciples said, "Now you are speaking clearly and without figures of speech. Now we can see that you know all things and that you do not even need to have anyone ask you questions. This makes us believe that you came from God." "You believe at last!" Jesus answered. "But a time is coming, and has come, when you will be scattered, each to his own home. You will leave me all alone. Yet I am not alone, for my Father is with me. "I have told you these things, so that in me you may have peace. In this world you will have trouble. But take heart! I have overcome the world." (John 16:29-33).
Jesus overcame the world for those who will choose to follow Him! Have you chosen to be a follower of Jesus Christ? If you have, please remember that Jesus told us that the worldly people of this cursed earth will not like you. Unfortunately, most of the people in this world do not desire to be followers of Jesus Christ in this lifetime. Jesus told us of this problem that most people in this cursed world will not like you. If the world hates you, keep in mind that it hated me first. If you belonged to the world, it would love you as its own. As it is, you do not belong to the world, but I have chosen you out of the world. That is why the world hates you. (John 15:18-19).
This temporary world offers a limited timeframe for us to work on becoming more Christ-like before Jesus will come to take you home to a permanent place, He has prepared in heaven just for you. When it is your time to leave this cursed world Jesus Christ will come in person, and take you to where He is, and you will become more like Him. Now that is a great comment to end this commentary!
