There Is Only One Book On This Earth That Was Inspired And Revealed By God, And It Is Called The Bible!
Luke 12:33-34 (NIV)
Sell your possessions and give to the poor. Provide purses for yourselves that will not wear out, a treasure in heaven that will not be exhausted, where no thief comes near and no moth destroys. For where your treasure is, there your heart will be also.
During your mortal life you can decide what you believe about your destiny after this life ends. Based on what you come to believe your immortal soul will be transported to either a place of torment, aka hell, or you will go to a place eternal worship of the God that created you, aka heaven! The only Way offered for you to go to heaven is through faith in Jesus Christ! The Holy Bible was given to us from God the Father to supply us with the guidance necessary for us to obtain the faith needed for us to end up in heaven. If you do not study your Bible, it will be very difficult for you to gain the faith required to get into heaven. You MUST not get too involved in this worldly life or you will fail to obtain the required faith in Jesus Christ.
We believe God is ever present and available to hear our prayers at any time He is thus believed to be omnipresent. God’s omnipresence, however, should not be understood in a pantheistic sense. Although He sees everyone and everything, that does not mean He is in everyone and everything. The creation did not create itself! But since God is everywhere, He Himself cannot be seen anywhere. To some unbelievers Jesus said concerning the Father, “And the Father who sent me has himself testified concerning me. You have never heard his voice nor seen his form, nor does his word dwell in you, for you do not believe the one he sent. (John 5:37-38). But He also said, I have come in my Father’s name, and you do not accept me; but if someone else comes in his own name, you will accept him. How can you believe if you accept praise from one another, yet make no effort to obtain the praise that comes from the only God? (John 5: 42-43).
In Western theism, omnipresence is roughly described as the ability to be "present everywhere at the same time", referring to an unbounded or universal presence. Omnipresence means minimally that there is no place to which God's knowledge and power do not extend. From Wikipedia
Pantheism a doctrine which identifies God with the universe or regards the universe as a manifestation of God. Or a worship that admits or tolerates all gods. Dictionary
It is also a wonderful revelation that the Holy Spirit of God now indwells every Christian believer, so this is another way in which God is everywhere—that is, wherever there are true Christians, God is there. Do you not know that your body is a temple of the Holy Spirit, who is in you, whom you have received from God? You are not your own; you were bought at a price. Therefore honor God with your body. (1 Corinthians 6:19-20). Jesus told His disciples about the power available to Christians when they gather in His Name. "Again, I tell you that if two of you on earth agree about anything you ask for, it will be done for you by my Father in heaven. For where two or three come together in my name, there am I with them." (Matthew 18:19-20). Every Sabbath Day when you gather in the church of your choice there is power available to the attending congregation!
It has been published that a small percentage of professing Christians have ever read the Bible cover-to-cover in their lifetime. Many do not read the Bible on a regular basis, as they confess, they just do not have time to spend reading the Bible. What about YOU do you allow time to read your Bible every day? While Jesus still walked this earth, He commented about people then who did not understand their Bible. Matthew and Mark both record this conversation of Jesus with some religious leaders of that time. Then the Sadducees, who say there is no resurrection, came to him with a question. Mark (12:18). The question was who someone will marry when they go to heaven! Jesus replied, "Are you not in error because you do not know the Scriptures or the power of God? When the dead rise, they will neither marry nor be given in marriage; they will be like the angels in heaven.” Mark (12:24-25).
Please be careful here, Jesus did not say humans become angels when they die, He is just saying that our immortal soul will not have a need to marry in heaven, as there is no need for offspring to replace the dead and to increase in numbers, as was needed in this cursed mortal world. God commanded mankind to increase in number at the beginning of creation. God blessed them and said to them, "Be fruitful and increase in number; fill the earth and subdue it. Rule over the fish of the sea and the birds of the air and over every living creature that moves on the ground." (Genesis 1:28). Then God again gave this command at the NEW beginning of the earth after the Flood. Then God blessed Noah and his sons, saying to them, "Be fruitful and increase in number and fill the earth. (Genesis 9:1).
If some man comes up with a form of reward in the afterlife that is based upon some sexual reward, then we know that person is wrong and that they have not studied the Bible or listened to what Jesus taught. Their information is invalid as it has come from a book written by a member of mankind, and the idea is in error. Some other books are called Holy Books, but such books were written by a man or woman and thus are not reflective of God’s inspiration. There is only one book on this earth that was inspired and revealed by God, and it is called the Bible!
